Dermal Fillers
Facial fillers are the best way to replenish the loss of volume by injections into areas that are required, such as cheeks, lips, nasolabial, tear trough. We use the best products on the market that give a very natural, soft look and feel.
Dermal fillers contain cross linked hyaluronic acid that is naturally present in your skin to keep your skin hydrated and supple. Fillers can also help to define areas such as the jawline.

Profhilo
Prophilo is the first BDDE – free stabilised injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) based product for treating skin laxity. It has one of the highest concentrations of HA on the market (64mg/ml). It boosts and hydrates the skin and helps to lift and revitalise ageing and lax skin.
The formulation of HA with different molecular weights contained in Profhilo is based on a concept of Hydrolift R Action. This innovative approach is aimed at counteracting the physiological reduction of HA in skin, helping to restore hydration, elasticity and skin tone, by associating, in a synergistic way, deep hydration with the mechanical action of lifting the skin.
Profhilo delivers lovely results on its own but, combine it with some of our other aesthetic treatments for the WOW factor. Profhilo can currently be injected into face, neck, hands and body.

Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are an exciting addition to the clinic. We get amazing results with this treatment, in particular if we combine with MORPHEUS8
Polynucleotides are of natural origin derived from freshwater fish intended for human consumption. Safety is ensured through the unique high purification technology.
Polynucleotides increase the production of collagen, stimulate proliferation of fibroblasts and increase and promote skin hydration and tightening. Free radical scavenging assists regeneration of damaged, atrophic and ageing tissue.
The Mastelli Plinest range include products that are specific for targeting the delicate eye area (upper and lower lids) and for promoting hair growth (scalp and eyebrows). Additionally we also treat the face, neck, décolletage and hands.
We recommend 3 – 4 session. 2 – 4 weeks apart. When combining with MORPHEUS8 we will discuss the treatment plan with you.

Aqualyx
AQUALYX R was developed for the non-surgical reduction of localised fat under the skin. It is an injectable, gel- basedaqueous solution, which dissolves fat and is biocompatible and biodegradeable
AQUALYX R works by causing the dissolution of fat cells. The body then expels the fatty acids naturally.
What is Aqualyx ?
AQUALYX is a compound solution for the deoxycholate family that has been physically modified and, by creating a slow release sugar based system, the biological half- life is reduced which results in minimal side effects.
Developed by renowned aesthetic surgeon, the late Professor Motolese, AQUALYX R has been available internationally since 2009, and over 2, 000,000 vials have been used for patient treatments in 49 countries worldwide.
Professor Motolose developed an injection technique for the treatment known as “AQUALYSIS” or “AQUAPLASTY” and a precise protocol is followed. “AQUALYSIS” or ”AQUAPLASTY” requires injecting the solution into localised fat deposits in areas such as thighs, stomach, chin, saddle bags, knees. It can also be used to treat pseudo-gynocomastia in men. AQUALYX R liquefies the fat cell, destroying it permanently. This releases the lipids into the body. They are naturally eliminated through the lymphatic system.
The treatment – should only be performed by a medical professional. Generally 2 injection spots are required for each area. It is generally well tolerated and, anaesthetic solution is normally used prior injection for greater comfort.
The treatment will be repeated 2 -8 times depending on the number of small pockets of fat tissue to be reduced.
The injections are repeated every 3-4 weeks.
After each treatment patients can expect some swelling, redness, minor skin irritation and tenderness in the area treated. This will subside after 4-6 days.
Contraindications are pregnancy and lactation, liposdystrophy, pathological conditions and for those under 18 years or over 60 years.
